PotPicks Shipping Policy

At PotPicks, we are dedicated to bringing magic, play, and smiles directly to your doorstep. Our shipping process is designed to be completely transparent, fast, and secure so you can track your packages every step of the way.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Timeline: All orders are processed and safely packaged within 3 to 5 days of order placement.

  • Operational Days: We pack and dispatch packages Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Charges

We keep our shipping rates simple and budget-friendly:

  • Orders Above ₹999: FREE Delivery across India.

  • Orders Below ₹999: A flat nominal shipping fee of ₹60 will be added at checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

We partner with India's leading, reliable logistics carriers to ensure safe handling of your toys and surprises. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, etc.): 7 to 10 business days.

  • Rest of India: 7 to 15 business days.

Note: Deliveries to remote regions or during high-volume festive seasons may occasionally experience slight carrier delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

The moment your package leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a confirmation message via Email and SMS containing a unique Tracking Link. You can use this link to monitor your order's journey in real-time.

5. Damaged in Transit

Every PotPicks package is securely packed in durable, tamper-proof boxes. In the rare event that your items arrive damaged due to carrier handling, please take a quick photograph or video of the packaging and reach out to our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a swift replacement for you.
